Sophira Account Deletion Request

This page explains how Sophira users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to support@sophira.app using the email address associated with your Sophira account.
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Include your account email address and, if available, your user ID in the message.

What data will be deleted

Account profile information
Chat history
Tutor session records
Narration history
Quiz and recommendation-related account data
Preferences linked to your account

What data may be retained temporarily

Some limited information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

Retention period

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Certain limited records may be retained for up to 90 days where required for security or legal compliance.

If you have an active subscription or purchase associated with your account, please manage or cancel it through Google Play where applicable.
